The workouts are challenging yet fun, helping athletes improve while staying safe. Clients appreciate the supportive atmosphere and the convenience of having structured workouts planned for them. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, and safety and injury prevention are high priorities. The gym has a welcoming community, with classmates being super encouraging. It's a great option for those new to CrossFit or weightlifting, as the owner provides one-on-one sessions to ensure proper form. Widespread Fitness is highly recommended for those looking to get stronger and improve their fitness.
Widespread Fitness has been an awesome gym to join. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming, and Coach Matt is fantastic. I really appreciated the six 1:1 sessions before joining group classes. It helped me learn proper form, build confidence, and not feel overwhelmed. The small class sizes are a huge plus and make the coaching feel very personal. Highly recommend!

I just started week three, and I’m absolutely loving it! First time with CrossFit at the age of 58, and very impressed with how the gym is run. Matt and the coaches do an excellent job at making sure it’s a quality workout; love the variety and making sure safety is a priority! Looking forward to the coming months/years of overall health improvement!
