Walmart Vision & Glasses is a one-stop-shop for eye exams, affordable prescription glasses, and contact lenses. It offers top brands at low prices with lots of easy ways to save. The customer service at this location is always top notch, friendly, and helpful, making customers feel cared for. The staff is great and exceptional, described as incredibly helpful and honest in communication about glasses fit and style, and they help customers get a good deal. They are able to retrieve prescriptions and submit orders in a timely manner and can also fix broken glasses. The quality of the glasses is pretty good and great for the price, and insurance on each pair is available. The overall experience is highly recommended.
I've been going to this location for years, even after moving across town, because the customer service here is always top notch!
Beth, Merri and Dave are friendly and helpful and make me feel cared for. (Doctor Baker next door is great too, I've been visiting her office for years and she is easy to talk to and through.)
I unexpectedly walked in today without my prescription. Dave was so helpful as he was able to retrieve it for me and in a timely manner submit my order. He also helped me by fixing my current glasses that had broken. I am very pleased with the customer service and highly recommend!
This was my favorite spot all of uni because Mary Beth works here and she is incredibly helpful; honest in her communication about glasses fit and style; and she always helps me get a good deal. Miss her much! Overall the staff is great, but Mary Beth is exceptional ❣️also idk what other people were expecting in terms of quality glasses, but in my experience Walmart offers pretty good lens/frames prices and the quality is great. Also if your scared of breaking them, insurance on each pair is only about 25 so if you break them you can get a brand new pair again.
