True Heating and Cooling has been a lifesaver. I have an aging boiler, and Justin and his team keep my boiler running like a champ. They service my swamp cooler whenever I need them too. Justin, the owner, went above and beyond to help us out in a dire loss of AC in one of the warmest weeks on-record in Boulder. True made the necessary repairs and explained our options moving forward, providing sound advice on next steps for a whole new system, with perspective on not just what makes sense in the moment, but thinking ahead to future maintenance and efficiency.

We replaced our furnace/ac with True. Jophrey came out to meet us and did a great job explaining our situation and recommendations were clear. Tim, Carlos & Shane did a terrific job with installation, post installation inspection and service. Great communication and technology for a smaller regional provider - highly recommend.
