All the staff are super friendly and encouraging. I am amazed at what a good workout I can get in just 20 minutes. Even when I don’t want to go, I tell myself it’s just 20 minutes and get myself to go. Both my husband and I have better muscles now than we did with a personal trainer.
Very friendly staff, they work to make the exercises accessible especially if you are a novice. The system helps you see progress and you are only really competing against yourself.
Having a personal trainer really helps keep me motivated. Working out there goes so fast, it almost like NOT working out, but my muscles let me know that I did ;) Following what the computer screen tells you to do, almost makes it like playing a game. I enjoy each of the trainers I have seen, they are all helpful and encouraging.
