Highly recommend! The lady I dealt with, which I believe was the owner was very quick and efficient from the moment I walked in to get fitted to picking up my dress. I called last minute to have a bridesmaid dress altered and she was able to squeeze me in and she had the dress done in less than 48 hours. She even stayed a little bit later after closing for me when I was going to pick up the dress. I will say pricing seemed high but for the fast effort and service I really can’t complain. I will certainly recommend this place to anyone!
My father in law has been coming here for years for dry cleaning. I brought in 2 new pairs of corduroy pants that were way too long on me (pants were 10+ inches past my feet). I also provided a pair of jeans that I wanted these 2 pants to be the same length as. I was told to come back in 1 week to pick up my altered pants. Sophie's did an incredible job! The pants fit and look great with quick turn-around time and fair pricing. I will definitely be taking any clothes in need of alterations here, thank you Sophie's Alteration!
They were so kind, I visited there years ago but I didn't remember I had and she pulled my information up and reminded. With a great big smile she welcomed me back. I'm a sucker for kindness as I am usually. So to have that same energy at 9 am as her first customer made me happy.
