I like Dr Sarah George. I like that our whole family can use the same doctor because it gives you an opportunity to get to know your doctor a little better. A couple things to know before you go however...The doors state that they do not open until 8:30 and as with every appointment, they ask that you arrive 15 minutes early. Today my daughters arrived for their appointment early (extra early after my husband arrived on time for his appointment and was told they would cancel it or charge him a cancellation fee the next time he wasn't 15 minutes early) so they were being safe. They were sitting in the parking lot and at 8:22am, I received a phone cal from Noelle who asked me if my daughter was going to come to the appointment. I told her that she was sitting in the parking lot waiting for the doors to open and also told her that they shouldn't schedule arrivals before the doors open and then call me to ask where my daughter was. During the appointment, my daughter texted to tell me that the Dr told her that I was mean to the girls up from (I only talked to one person) and that I made them cry. Not something the doctor should tell a patient. If there's a problem, speak to the person with whom you have a problem. And, there is zero follow up on bloodwork. There's another portal, in addition to the portal that is supposed to be used for communication but only one family member can access it (that's another issue I guess). Anyway, gone are the days of navigating results with your doc. Your scientific results are yours to navigate alone.
Dr. George is an excellent doctor! She exudes compassion and is a great listener. I’ve been seeing this practice for about 8 years and have never been disappointed. Great follow up on my annual exams. I would highly recommend Dr. George to anyone looking for a family practitioner! Friendly office environment and you never have to wait around to see the doctor. I never usually have to wait to see her. She’s very punctual! I give this practice 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I made my first visit this week. All of the staff was so pleasant to deal with. It is such a pleasure when your Doctor listens to you and develops a plan that works for you. Very happy in my decision to transfer my health care to Sage Family Medicine
