We’ve worked with RDS for both asbestos testing and radon trouble shooting. Both times, every single person we interacted with clearly had our best interest at heart. In my experience these substances (asbestos/radon) can easily scare homeowners and some companies try to upsell based on that fear; not the case as RDS. They just want what’s best for you! The office staff is friendly, helpful, and scheduling is quick. Their technicians are super knowledgeable and both times suggestion things we could do as homeowners to increase our peace of mind without pushing their services on us; like it instantly feels like you’re getting the friends and family treatment.
