What I’ve noticed is that the employees speak hardly ANY English, and that means all of them. Good luck if you don’t speak Mandarin, because you will not understand what they say to you, nor should you need answers to any questions you may have. While that might seem trivial, that’s where my complaint really comes into focus. At Christmas I received $90 in gift vouchers ; two cards in increments of $30 and $60. You should know what this service is and how it benefits the homeostasis of the body. Acupressure is a therapy that is most effective in injury recovery. Especially when dealing with pain, specifically pain due to articulations of the skeletal structure. As well as knots and tightness in the muscular system. I have neuropathy and find the whole body treatment improves how my body feels. When I have a flank pain, stiff neck, should joint issues, intercostal or back pain I come here to get the issue fixed. I always leave satisfied and free of pain. The pressure part might be why someone gives a poor review. I also suggest this for those with techy neck from looking down... read full review

I’ve been to different Oriental Chi’s in different states . Once you get over the culture , it’s really nice.Yes, they try to have someone else massage your feet , that’s business.Yes, they sometimes go way too hard even when you say relaxation. I think this is due to a language barrier and maybe something to do with oriental massage culture . If it’s too rough , do what you can to communicate that to them.I absolutely love that they pop my back! They do it in the exact spot that needs it without me having to tell them and I save $45 not going to the chiro for one pop .In summary, once you get over/learn the culture of this place, it’s really nice .
