Dr.Chris has helped me by incorporating soft tissue/ muscle release before any type of adjustments by gentle stretching and the Activator. I come away feeling better and relaxed. Alex the receptionist is amazing with scheduling and great follow up. Daniel, one of the massage therapist is also very helpful and skilled at his craft. I’m very appreciative to all the staff!
