If I could give this place ten stars, I would. Abigail, and the front desk team at the Omni went above and beyond to restore my faith in modern hospitality. After a rough go (no-ones fault) with a power outage back in May, she worked with me directly, to get us back on site, and exceeded all reasonable expectations during my stay. Finding sugar cookies in the room for my son, her stellar communication, and the really cool Omni kids pack at check in, I am sold…it’s safe to say I am going to be hitting Omni properties across the US any chance I get... The pool was also a highlight, as it was both maintained and staffed well, along with the restaurants... read full review

I have stayed at other Omi hotels and this was a good example of an on brand stay. My only tow critiques is that the pillows were absolutely terribly thin and offered no support and the bathroom does not have a vent fan. Two things I would have expected to be better as it’s an Omni.

Had an amazing weekend in CO. We’ve stayed here before their remodel and I absolutely love the interior design. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and on-site restaurants were good and convenient. Would stay here again!
