I cannot say enough good things about urban paw. They genuinely care about everything you and your pet are going through as if they were their own. Special shoutout to Steph who is always super helpful and accommodating.

We love this place. Our dog is undecided. They patched up our doggie’s paw!

So much care for our dachshund by the extraordinary Veterinarians and staff who have gone above and beyond to care for him during a recent illness. He doesn’t quiver anymore when we are on our way there, he seems to trust them as much as we do!

The staff at the veterinary are extremely patient, caring, and do their best to keep our cats from getting stressed.

We have one that at home is sweet, but at the vet his feral instincts kick in.

The staff and vets do a great job providing annual shots and medical care for our cats even when one shows his wild streak in the office.

Great service. Love that they sit on the floor to be Down with my little dog, Lilly. Very friendly.

I had been a client of Mandalay Animal Hospital for over 20 years and was admittedly hesitant and wary when the practice was sold. Change is never easy, and I have always wanted to know I could trust the docs caring for my pets. The doctors at Urban Paw have all exceeded my expectations and won me as a loyal client (along with my 3 grateful Labs and the puppies I raise for a service dog organization.) Though I have seen (had appointments with) them all, I have seen Dr. W more than the other vets. Dr. W has been and is nothing short of amazing! I trust each doctor, tech, and member of the support team implicitly. Not only do they stay current with research and techniques, they clearly care for their patients (and their patient's humans.) Without hesitation, I recommend Unrban Paw Westminster! There really is no better place for your animal's care.

My family had been going to Mandalay since I was in middle school and I took my own animals there when I got older. I of course was concerned when they said they were selling since it seems like every vet is corporate, short staffed and impersonal.

I could not be more happy with Urban Paw. I have had the pleasure of dealing with all of the vets but most frequently Dr. T. They care so deeply about my animals, they have availability for me to get in quickly and they are efficient with figuring out what is going on. While I loved the care I received from the vets at Mandalay, Urban Paw has brought some changes like doing labs in house, taking payment in the rooms and swiftly getting you into a patient room which I appreciate with a reactive dog. They have adjusted some pricing structures making things like dental care more reachable and they told me that there is a heartworm shot!

I am so grateful to have people care as much as I do for all of my pets.

Amazing facility, amazing staff. My dog sees and loves Dr. Trantham, though the whole team is quite good. Dr. T was amazing in my golden retriever’s mass removal. She was able to get the entire mass with clear margins! She supported him in getting back to his normal, loving self. She clearly loves her job, the animals she serves, and her staff. I will continue to bring my fur babies to Dr. T!
