We are so very pleased with our new patio. Highly recommend Flatwork Plus. They redid and raised and old patio and even covered an existing concrete block to match the rest of the patio. The lighted steps are the way to go. We are so glad we made the decision to fix the old/ sunken patio.
We've contracted with John twice now and have been very happy with his work. He helped us restore our flagstone patio which had been sinking due to water drainage issues. John has many years of experience and knew exactly how to go about making the needed repairs. He clearly takes pride in his work and works efficiently without cutting corners. He provided fair quotes and even gifted us some extra flagstones for a separate project we were working on. We would definitely work with him again.
John and his team did awesome work on repairing eight stone stairs and rebuilding a retaining wall. The showed up on time and when the said the would be here. Work was high quality and professional for a fair price!!
