Completely unprofessional no showed to my first appointment and canceled my 2nd one with less then 24hr notice.Had doctor appointments relying on this and this lady can’t make an appointment.Avoid this lady

Kelli is amazing! I have been using her mobile phlebotomy services since Aug 2022 when my adult son with a serious mental health condition required weekly blood draws due to a newly prescribed medication. Kelli has been a lifesaver! She is a truly skilled phlebotomist, always prompt, professional, kind and thorough. I wish more people would utilize her mobile services as Kelli can save individuals (and their caregivers) much needed time while reducing the stress and hassle of finding a lab, making an appointment (or waiting as a walk in client) driving to a lab, etc. The turn around time is quick with Kelli and results always arrive promptly!
