Salud Family Health Centers, Brighton Women's Center

This review is partially due to the office, and partially due to insurance. I ended up here after the provider I was assigned at Salud no longer accepted my insurance. I had a wellness visit, and insurance paid for it, but then declined two very short follow-up visits, stating the provider was out of network (insurance is SO frustrating). My complaint was that the two follow-up visits were nearly $200 each (I paid a $50 co-pay at each, and still had a $294 bill after), and I wasn't billed until November for visits in July and August. The ladys at the front desk are great they Greet me by my first name. Doctor Kathleen Ruffner is great she listens to me and is never in a rush. She always figure out a way to help me everytime I'm there . I had Doctor Garcia before I just love and miss her so much. But if it wasn't for her I wouldn't of met Doctor Ruffner. I feel very blessed by this office. When I call they always answer but I don't always get the answer I want, but hay thats life

I can't tell you how many years I have been seeing the doctor at Brighton women's center. Somewhere around 20 or so and I will continue going to her as my primary doctor. I give five stars for how my doctor has helped me for many years ?
