I had accidentally missed two appointments with her, but she was still willing to get me re-scheduled, and didn’t disregard me as a client. I got an eyebrow wax / threading, and it was by far one of the best eyebrows waxes that I have had. She knew what shape would look great on my face, and I’m glad I trusted her!
