I don’t usually write reviews. But I make an exception on the rare occasions when I receive exceptional customer service. Part of my job is working with employees who have filed Workers’ Compensation claims. The first time I had the pleasure of speaking with Crystal Maestas was when I called Peak Form in Brighton for help clarifying a work status report. I was new on the job and wasn’t sure how to go about getting the information I needed. Crystal patiently listened to me and then explained my concerns to the provider so that I was able to get exactly what I needed. Unfortunately for her, this resulted in my calling her for everything. The company vestas sent me here for a work physical. The physical required me to take a ridiculous spirometry. I consider spirometrys to be so cumbersome and unneeded. The nurse or medical assistant that was administering the spirometry was being very impatient and rude to me because I kept needing to start the test back over. So I was the same right back to her. It was very cool of peak form to pass me on my physical despite this. I would advise any future patients to try to get yourself medically exempt from having to take the spirometry. It’s very annoying!
A place you keep going back to! I’ve been here for injuries from a car accident to a simple work injury and other injuries in between and I always have such a positive experience.
