“Everyone here was very nice and fun. I scheduled a consultation thinking we would discuss what was right for me, like their website states. I had to select a service online in order to book a consultation so when I arrived, it was assumed that I was there for a lip flip. Once the lovely front desk lady and I were on the same page, I was numbed and sat in a nice vibrating massage chair. Never once was I asked how I wanted the end results to look, etc. I was injected and that was that. I don’t even really know what that lip flip was. I thought they offered various different types of product and we’d find the one right for me. Now that I’m home and thinking through it all, I think they would benefit by having a consultation by body part, not by service. I should have self advocated more. I still don’t know what my upper lip will look like once whatever product was injected takes hold. Should be fun.They were busy getting ready for their bi-monthly party but still….I don’t feel like I totally received what I expected, which was a discussion regarding what I was expecting/looking for as an end result.“
