The front office staff was okay, they could have been friendlier. However, Terry the nurse was by far one of the best nurses I've had. She treated me with dignity and respect and went over everything in detail. Also, Doctor Svaty was equally as attentive and answered all of my questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hamstra's for more than 25 years. When my firm switched insurance plans, I switched to my husband's plan so I could keep her as my doctor. The staff is great. I couldn't disagree more with the negative reviews.

I've seen Dr Hamstra for approx 15 years & love her. She's very caring and pragmatic. I think the office staff is great and have never had any problem or complaint about anything.
