They were working with me on my payment plan but sent all of their accounts to collection without notice. They literally accepted a payment plan that shortened my payments from 8 to 2 and then sent my account with out notice to CSC collection in Colorado Springs. This is not fair practice nor what is considered ethical. If this has happened to anyone else, please file a complaint with the attorney generals office.

Been dealing with their billing and collection agency since April last year. They assured me they billed my insurance, but after calling my insurance and being assured that they had not, they told me oops. Said they had the info but hadn't actually billed them. They were sent a letter of illegal billing practices and submitted the bill. Surprise surprise, the bill was incomplete so my insurance denied. So now today, January of the following year, after 3 phone calls, they are gonna try again, allegedly. Place is full of crooks and a total joke to work with.

They stole $1000 from me. I received a bill for $1001 and paid them. A few weeks later, I received an EOB stating that I should have paid NOTHING. I have called these scammers 3x with my insurance company present and they keep denying that they’ve received my EOB and are refusing to give me my money back. It has been 6+ months and I’ve still made it nowhere with them. Absolutely ridiculous.
