I had Bill Nance Plumbing & Heating come out and replace my stripped master water valve, and add heat tape to my consistently freezing pipes. Greysen the technician was excellent and very professional and the value of the job that was provided was significantly less than the other big box, residential plumbers. The crew that came to my condo, to help with a stopped up toilet, was great. Friendly, professional and helpful. I am extremely pleased with the tankless hot water heater that Josh Nance installed for me. He did not try to oversell me on size, and his price came in below the other estimates received. The customer service I received was outstanding. I will be using Nance Plumbing any time a plumbing need arises in the future.
