I just called to inquire about pricing for a simple root touch-up (approximately 2 inches of growth), and the experience I had was nothing short of offensive and discriminatory.
The woman who answered the phone asked for my last name, and upon hearing it, immediately asked if I was Hispanic. When I confirmed, she stated that “Hispanics have thicker hair,” and therefore it would cost more. She then quoted me $400 and followed it up by saying I “probably couldn’t afford it.”
When I repeated the price in disbelief, she responded with, “Yeah, well I don’t know what to tell you.”
The level of disrespect and prejudice I experienced during this call is absolutely appalling. No one should be treated differently based on their ethnicity. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
I will be taking this further!

I just trusted Josiah's expertise and he did his thing. My hair was looking ragged and dingy. He added highlights and cut my hair. My hair looks better and I will be able to take care of it.

Bumped in Josiah at a Taco Truck when his dog caught my eye, had to say hello! We started talking and all of a sudden I was in his salon chair getting my hair done! He took off so much weight and dead ends, my hair feels light and manageable. His pup Malachi is so playful and mischievous, he is a great addition to the salon! So happy to have met you Josiah and thank you for making me feel beautiful!

My daughter was terrified her hair would get messed up but when she was done, she couldn't quit smiling! Josiah did great! We will definitely be back! Loved his little dog Malakai too!

Just had my hair cut by Josiah, and I LOVE it! I brought in a picture, we discussed, and then he worked his magic. My wife's face when I got home was pretty epic. I highly recommend going to see Josiah if you want to look and feel your absolute best. I already have my next appointment booked :)

Josiah did an amazing job on my daughter's hair. We came in for a cut and highlights not knowing what to expect. The salon was so pretty, Josiah did an excellent job of communicating, and my very picky 16 year old left with hair she absolutely loves. She's taking selfies as I type this review. I'll be bringing the whole family here!
