I scheduled a private prenatal class with Jackie and it was great! She was very knowledgeable and helped me focus on form, which my current instructor in Chicago does not do. I wish she could have come back with me to Chicago. I highly recommend going to see Jackie and her team!

The best pilates studio by far! I've done pilates all over the USA and Spheeris has the best instructors. They provide continuous guidance during the sessions and will take the quirks of your body into account. You feel like a VIP even in the group classes. Better than any physical therapy session.
