I had a deep tissue massage with Erin , and it was absolutely incredible! She was skilled, professional, and worked out so much tension—I left feeling amazing.
From the moment we arrived, everyone at the spa was warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even called ahead to let us know the electricity was out and offered to reschedule if we preferred. Since we decided to keep our appointment, they graciously gave us a discount for the inconvenience, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

Experience was friendly and much needed! My services were late afternoon though, and since I was not a guest of the lodge the entrance I came into the spa from was closed by the time I was finished and I didn't know how to get out! Had to run around the spa complex several times before the correct door was shown to me by a friendly custodian. Also wasn't clear on how to return the locker room rfid bracelet.
Very nice resort, the spa was tucked away in a private, quiet part of the lodge. They offered a parking pass for free to leave the vehicle. Staff at the spa were very nice and made me feel very welcome. I received a soothe gel manicure and pedicure. Chairs are comfy and atmosphere was relaxing. Cute gift shop. Steph did a great job and was friendly! She told me about the free Gondola and we got on to ride it right there at the lodge.
