Alyssa is absolutely top. I saw her right away after a ski hill injury, she determined the nature of the injury quickly and started an immediate plan with a clear set of actions to speed up my recovery. It was hard work every day, but worth it. Together, we turned what would’ve easily been a multi-month injury into 2-4 weeks recovery, and I was working back into skiing in 2! Listen to your PT, they know what they’re talking about! Alyssa explained things so well and the reason behind them, so it helped motivated me to do them. I can’t recommend Howard Head enough and taking PT seriously quickly after injuries.
I highly recommend Howard Head. I have been in recovery from an abdominal surgery. The PT at Howard Head has helped me so much! Nicole and everyone at the DHC have been so professional and caring. My experience with Nate at Howard Head was fantastic. Not only did he help me with my pain from a fall injury but he showed me valuable exercises and weight lifts to keep me ready for skiing, the summer fun and skiing next year. Still doing all of them
