Although I had a desire to pursue therapy for years, I didn't feel like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other traditional modalities would provide the depth of spiritual and emotional insight I was looking to cultivate; I didn't just want to understand my mind, I wanted to grow. Krystina has been a tremendous source of healing and support for me over the past 8 months. Through working with her and Somatic Experiencing, I've been able to listen to my body, find freedom from long-held patterns, learn to self-soothe, and hold my trauma in a new light. Working with Krystina has been a transformative experience for me.
