Oh my gosh...I can't say enough great things about SOBO! Their work is stunning!!! They've remodeled the main floor of my house, and I can't believe it's even my house!!! They are so professional, organized to a tee, and are very good communicators. They take you through the process step by step, have great vision, and do top notch work! I consider them my friends now! I'm AMAZED at my house! Thank you SOBO!

This is the best design and build (or any construction/contracting) company we have ever worked with. I was impressed at every step of the way with the care they took to make sure we were comfortable with the design and costs. We love the kitchen design developed by their interior design team. And the construction could not have been smoother, everything on schedule during the entire project, and always helpful if something additional needed to be addressed. The project finished on the exact date we had determined sixth months prior. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Our goal: one-level living to accommodate our aging bodies. We live in a tri-level house yet we love our neighborhood. What to do?
We had a thought: what if we punched a hole in the dining room wall into the garage then changed that garage into a bedroom, bath and laundry?
How on earth could we accomplish that? Call SoBo!

SoBo had done a bit of work for us several years ago (updated a guest room, added a front porch, changed our front window into a bay window and put in a west-facing window for our living room). We had enjoyed working with them in the past so thought we would check in with them again. Are we ever glad we did.
