The combo massage and feet reflexology was amazing!! The pressure was hard but I asked for it. I went in because my back was out, and very tense and left with no pain and feeling rejuvenated!!!
I am a 77 year old massage therapist and even though I did speak up several times it was very hard to get him to use less pressure- I don't know if he knew any English words or what. I am a female and of medium build but the elbow used with such pressure so much of the time was just too much- I do think they need to teach their people more English- I asked for a kleenex and after failed attempts never did get one. The man was very nice and I did tip because I felt his sincerity but I won't be back - I'm still sore.
I love how simple it is here- walk in, write down your name and the pressure from 1-7. I usually get 7, and it’s great! I’ve only done 60 min full body but it’s always so great and really works the fascia. It’s not like a spa relaxing vibe since it’s the open air environment and public, but it feels therapeutic and healing! I go weekly now!
