?These folks were so wonderful to work with. They showed up in a crisis with a hot water heater pouring water all over my floor. They immediately helped me get things shut down, remediated, and replaced. They stayed the course until all the moving parts were handled. They were respectful and thorough. Thank you Precision.
Justin with Precision Plumbing was very professional and skilled. He replaced a defective on demand hot water heater for us. This was an expensive replacement, so I was a bit shocked at first.
It was well worth what we spent considering the amount of time Justin was here. The labor was pretty intensive. We were very impressed with the level of knowledge Justin has in his field. I have been a customer for 19+ years and I know why. Devon and Manny arrived last Tuesday morning to check my main water line which leads to the sewer. There was a detachment beginning from my pipe to the sewer pipe. Manny explained everything to me, he was not pushy about getting it fixed. His exact words were “there is no pressure it’s your house and you will make the decision “.
Manny did explain what could happen if the line were to break completely, and I did have it fixed. His crew was excellent in excavating my front lawn, and did as little damage to the grass as possible. They fixed the line within less than 5 hours. The backfill was completed... read full review
