I've been a client here for years, but now I won't be coming back. I purchased a pet gate & was assured at check out that if it didn't work, it would be an easy return. The gate ended up being faulty. The latch didn't work. When I went to return my product 3 days later with my receipt in hand, I was told that I could only have store credit because it was over $100. Ella, who helped me in the fish department, is absolutely GOATED. She spent so much time talking me through all of my different options for my new aquarium and made sure that I was set up with everything I needed for my planted tank. Usually I recommend always going to a local fish store but, in this case, I’ll actually keep coming here!

First off, the grooming department is the best! Second, the store has some of the best deals. Third, it's a fun and exciting atmosphere. It reminds of why having a dog (and any pet for that matter) is a joyful thing! ❤️
