My therapist was patient and professional, teaching me all about the pelvic floor muscles and prescribing exercises to make me more mindful of how I use them every day. The issue for which I was referred, is 95% resolved after four sessions.
I have had a positive experience working with Victoria, Molly, and Grace. They all have been caring and professional. When I first came here, I had been struggling with pain and other symptoms for over a year. Thanks to the work we have done together I have very little symptoms and am pain free most of the time. It's been a journey but so grateful that I was referred here and the amazing care I have received.
I took my 5 year old to about 8 sessions here while on the wait-list for another pelvic floor PT that's in network for my insurance. While they mostly see adults for pelvic floor PT, they have at least one therapist who specializes in pediatric pelvic floor and is great. They can do biofeedback in the office, have some toys including small prizes for each visit, and have a lot of knowledge about a holistic approach to treating GI, core strength, and pelvic floor issues.
