Sky brings an incredible level of skill and care to his work. His bodywork—including deep tissue massage, acupuncture, and cupping—is excellent, and his group boot camps are some of the best I’ve taken. If you need body work/massage that does more than feel good and instead heals you, with lasting effect, Sky is the guy. Unbelievable technique and skill. I was so stressed and my shoulders and low back paid the price. But radiant sauna, 90 min massage with cupping, and I feel like a different person.
