What an incredible space Opex has created!I have been working with Sky Van Horn for a year & he truly is a master. The BEST massage of my life. Pulling from several different modalities: cupping, PT, Accupuncture & deep tissue massage… he has what it takes to get you back into better alignment.

If you need body work/massage that does more than feel good and instead heals you, with lasting effect, Sky is the guy. Unbelievable technique and skill. I was so stressed and my shoulders and low back paid the price. But radiant sauna, 90 min massage with cupping, and I feel like a different person.

Had an amazing sessions with Sky. He used massage, cupping, and dry needling to work on some shoulder issues I've been dealing with. My shoulder is feeling so much better! Today I did presses with zero clicking or discomfort. Definitely recommend checking this place out.
