Jesse is a gentle mindful giant who is very sensitive when it comes to working with the body. You can trust Jesse with handling the body when pain arises. He is the only male massage therapist I have had and help me rebuild my trust. You get a higher standard of massage work from Jesse. For me, it was fun to not tell him where the pain was but waiting to see how long it took him to find it. And he always found it.

I'm a massage therapist from nyc and was visiting Boulder on vacation. Jesse was recommended to me by another massage therapist and I couldn't have been happier!! Fantastic flow and technique. Very knowledgeable and a pretty funny guy. Thanks for fitting me in at the last minute, Jesse! I've passed your name in to a few friends in Boulder!!

Jesse is a great guy and therapist, I found him through a massage facebook group we are both part of (I am an experienced massage therapist as well, visiting from out of state). He is super sweet and friendly, which quickly puts you at ease). With these qualities, you also get a therapist who is very patient and accommodating, he is happily willing to change anything if you ask (Please, as a therapist myself, I ask you to always say something if everything is not perfect... okay on with the review). Jesse has a wide range of modalities which he easily transitions between; he can do deep work with ease, but has a nice method of using light targeted pressure coupled with subtle active release work which is very effective for the more tender areas (piriformis, ow! ;) ). He does AMAZING face and head work! His technique leads him to use his fingers and thumbs to target trigger points more than using his forearm in long strokes or getting beat up with an elbow. I am more used to receiving the latter kind of work and have not normally enjoyed the other kind because it can be a little erratic. He however, is good at using transitioning techniques to maintain a consistent flow throughout the massage. Thanks, Jesse! You brought me a lot of relief! Ps. When you go to his office for the first time, pay attention to the map on his website and satellite images on GPS BEFORE you go. It's kind of difficult to find. Also, there is a parking garage which is also the only way to get inside the building, which I did not realize. So, when you pull in to the driveway, it's the building that is straight back and follow it around to the right and you'll see the garage.
