Tamara helped empower me through practice. What I found after years of therapy was a lack of positivity and peace in my life with the events in the past. I found that EMDR and the continuous explanation of why certain things upset me kept me unbalanced and constantly remembering a loop of the pain I had endured. I wanted to let go of that pain I felt everyday. When I first started working with Tamara she said something that really gave me a sense of faith, "Remy I am working with you to someday not have to work with you.
