Mike McDaniel is very, very savvy about Macs and can be called a Mac whisperer.He is good to work with and very reliable in keeping his appts. His work rates seem fair to me and he genuinely likes helping people with their computer problems. When I lived in Boulder, he was the guy I used for my Mac--- the only guy. Mike is patient and has a good sense of humor---qualities that are essential when helping me with anything techie. He also doesn't get critical or cranky when he has to untangle a rats nest of cables under my desk!
