Jim Thomas and his Team are phenomenal! We worked with Jim to find a home in Boulder from moving out of state. The market was challenging but Jim took the time to show us multiple properties to understand what we needed. He was always available and provided great support throughout the full process. Jim provided solid advice when asked which we appreciated about certain characteristics of the homes in Boulder. Since Jim lives in Boulder he has an immense understanding of most properties/communities. We had been just looking at real estate in the Louisville/Lafayette area for a number of years: checking on-line and around town when we would see a "for sale" sign. Jim Thomas began a contact through one of our inquiries. His communication was not over the top; just keeping in touch. When we decided to become serious about buying, Jim passed us to his colleague Greg Johnson. Greg was responsive, professional, and detail-oriented. When a property came up in which we were interested, if we were out of town, Greg would walk us through via facetime. Often our communication would take place after hours.
