“What a wonderful, stress free experience!! After taking (lots) of
pictures of my house (and a couple of my neighbors homes) I shared with Michelle the brand of paint I wanted to use (Sherwin Williams in my case), within 5 days or so I received FIVE different color combinations to choose from :):). The 'report' was so detailed as to explain what color to paint everything (fascia, soffits, drain spouts, everything!!). They took into consideration the area of the country I live in (South Florida) & explained how the color choices would reflect in the sun, etc. Pictures of homes that were painted with their recommended combinations were also included... it was truly a wonderful experience and I can't wait to reach out to them again when I paint my interior!! “Joe is a busy man for good reason. He has high quality skills and he is a very hard worker. I had him do a siding repair job and his workmanship was outstanding. He is also a design/build contractor and is into larger high-end projects, but will still do the smaller projects like mine if he has the opening on his busy schedule. Estimated 2-3 days for my project, but he was able to assemble a 3 person crew and finish in one long day. Very reasonable with his bid. If you have a project in mind, get him scheduled in now. I'm very surprised at any negative reviews about workmanship. Could be a little prompter with communications, but don't let that be worrisome. Highly recommended.“
