Hailey is both professional and personal – beginning with some friendly conversation creates ease for a client to relax while she directs her full attention to her skillful, focused care. Her office is located in a beautiful, contemporary setting among the offices of other respectful body care professionals. I always feel safe, relaxed, and private. Feeling well-cared for, I appreciate how she finishes each session with a soothing skin care product that leaves my skin feeling nourished and soft.

Five stars all the way around :) This was my first electrolysis experience, but immediately, Hailey's warm smile and genuine passion for her work, put my nerves at ease. She made sure to thoroughly explain every part of the procedure -- and her reclining chair is really comfortable! I was worried about pain but she numbed any sensitive area of concern. And, her precision is incredible! I can't believe the little hairs that have driven me nuts for so many years... are gone! Treatments with Hailey are more than just hair removal- it was an experience, in fact I was so relaxed at one point I almost fell asleep. I can honestly say that every appointment I leave feeling better than I arrived. If you want real results from a really amazing person, Hailey will make sure to make you feel beautiful, inside and out.
