I have been going to Fredrick Ian for over 40 years, back in the day it was Opticus. I have found that their service is great and if there’s any issue with my glasses, it is always addressed quickly and courteously. Recently, I stepped on my glasses and they put them back together for free. I can’t thank them enough.

Great service. I had lost a contact sample they’d offered at my annual visit. I went back in three months later and they kindly ordered me another set to try. Friendly the entire time. Great selection of glasses too.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Carr and her staff. I didn't know how great that a pair of "computer" glasses (for use when using the computer/laptop) would be. I love them! Dr. Carr suggested using a frame that I already owned which was nice. And her frame selection is really great. Highly recommend!!
