Folsom Street Laundry is a local laundromat that offers mixed reviews. While the staff are generally friendly and helpful, the facility itself can be quite dirty with many out-of-order or broken machines. Customers appreciate the personalized service, and the large, fast washer and dryer machines make laundry easier. The owner is always available and helpful, especially when assisting with tasks like setting up comforters or helping with laundry. Some customers noted that the credit card terminals only swipe and do not tap, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the staff creates a friendly environment, and many visitors find the laundry experience memorable and enjoyable, with some expressing a wish to return. The cleanliness and upkeep could still use improvement, but the helpful staff and good service make Folsom Street Laundry a notable spot.
Great place to wash your clothes and nice people, but mostly of the tap machines to use google/apple pay doesn’t work, I frequent this location because I never have cash on me but it’s been a couple times that I have to pay extra 2 dollars to have a cash back from my Apple Pay, please fix the payment machines or just take it out and will be 5 starts thank you!
No washers available other than small. Can't wash anything because everything is either being used by the staff, or the line of people using anything decent. Unless you want to use 7 different small washers, you can't actually do laundry here.
The best Laundromat around Boulder. The owner helped me set up my comforter to wash it, and even offered extra help when I accidentally put too many tide pods into the wash. Very helpful staff and very friendly environment!
