Josh is an absolute legend. I was in town to run the Boulderthon Half Marathon and came by Fit BodyWork last-minute for a recovery session before my flight. As someone who regularly gets deep tissue massages, I can attest to Josh’s skill, knowledge, and professionalism. He’s an exceptional therapist, friendly, communicative, and quite informative.
Bonus points: Josh’s studio is thoughtfully decorated, is zenned out to the max, and he had an extremely relaxing playlist, which nicely complimented our session. If I’m ever in Boulder again, I’ll be back. Thanks Josh 🙏🏻.
Fantastic experience with Josh! I was feeling a bit tight from climbing and hiking and needed to be seen. Josh was able to really work me and answered any questions he had. I will definitely be going to him again!
Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly how to treat what was bothering me. This was truly an expert sports therapy massage, treating underlying issues & also explaining to me clearly what was going on. Left feeling great & more aware of what’s been causing my chronic pain. I’m from out of town and I’m already trying to figure out when I can get back to Boulder to get another massage here!
