I had a wonderful 90-minute hot-stone massage yesterday. I arrived with tight, painful neck muscles and an especially painful shoulder joint. The perfectly heated stones with deep massage felt great and really eased my muscle tension. I slept soundly last night and awakened without my usual level of morning stiffness. I’m always very impressed with the high level of skill and incredible knowledge that Elyse possesses, and the pain relief she provides in her very soothing and therapeutic setting.

Elyse is just pure magic. She was incredible in healing scar tissue post surgery for me and is excellent in terms of her knowledge of neuromuscular connectivity and post surgical healing (orthopedics in my case).
