This was my first experience of Craniosacral and I left the session completely relaxed in ways and places I didn't know I was holding. My intention going into the series is about letting go of past conditioning that is keeping me stuck in any way, so to leave feeling so at peace felt very poignant. I'm excited to see what the rest of the series unlocks and reveals. Eben held the space with peace, and I felt very at ease with him through the entire experience. Would DEFINITELY recommend craniosacral with Eben for anyone curious about healing through this work.

I had a lovely craniosacral session with Eben! He holds beautiful, calm space that was easy for me to drop into. His intuition led him to exactly what I needed even when I wasn’t really sure what that was. What I loved the most was that there were no energy blocks in my body afterwards, I could feel my energy running through my vessel seamlessly for the first time. It was a potent physical manifestation of the fact that everything is OK. Highly recommend his work to help calm your nervous system during these uncertain times!!
