My time at DIRI was one of the most transformative experiences of my life and career. I had tremendous teachers who thoroughly taught me the skills I need to be a Rolf Practitioner.

My class was 18 students which is rather large, but we had a great class container and atmosphere to learn in. The staff was always supportive and available to lend a listening ear if it was needed.

The program is intensive and demands a lot out of its students, but it is absolutely worth it.
