This place is so awesome and even better it’s locally owned and operated - don’t believe all of the low star reviews - if anything read them and get a good laugh at the whiners just grasping at straws looking for something to complain about…. I’ll be back and you should try this spot out whether you’ve used an infra red sauna before or not! 10/10!

This sweat studio is a wonderful place! The staff are incredible. I’ve been going here for years.If you are thinking of trying it out, I highly recommend! You will walk out feeling like a million bucks each time :)

I was sent here by my physical therapist to relax post treatment. I found the place very clean, and the people very kind. This treatment has really helped relax my muscles after an accident.
