Mace was awesome at helping me get my reverse mortgage! I had to jump through a few hoops to get him what he needed, but for the most part, the process was practically seamless! I highly recommend Mace and Kara to help you if you're planning to do a reverse mortgage.

You need a reverse mortgage,Mace is the person for you there is no answering service he is there to answer your call. I am a 77 year old widow and had lots of questions he always was available to me ,he is a real Friend. I appreciate his help , you could find another person to that degree. Mace is also available after the closing and in the future if you need anything. Thank you

At Colorado Reverse Mortgage, our goal is to teach others and spread knowledge about the Reverse Mortgage program and options. The term “Reverse Mortgage” typically refers to a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage or a “HECM”. It is a highly regulated program that is insured by HUD thru FHA (the Federal Housing Administration) and is intended to benefit homeowners 62 years of age and older. Because it is a unique and specialized program, most mortgage lenders do not offer or fully understand this product. Some lenders advertise the Reverse program but are not specialists familiar with the intricacies or are aware of recent changes that affect you.
