CBW creates a great atmosphere for relaxation. I book appointments here every few months when I need some help dealing with everyday stresses on my body. The folks here are great at helping relieve tension and giving recommendations on stretches and other options for at-home pain relief.

My massage therapist Rachel really made me feel welcome and that I was in a safe place. She was able to get me to relax with the right touches. Rachel was in tune to what my needs were that day.
