Emily is the real deal. There are so many people that claim to be dog trainers but Emily actually gets dogs, understands their behavior and is excellent at redirecting them appropriately. She is also so skilled in helping the owners work with their pets making for a harmonious relationship. I highly recommend her! Five stars all around!

Started fostering a rescued 6 year old stray female heeler(?) mix. I was worried about how my resident 9 lb. dog would do knowing this new dog was about 60 lbs. bigger. Emily helped coach me, long distance, by sending me videos, podcasts, articles and advice that was sooooo helpful. She really understood the situation, and was so easy to talk to. I highly recommend Emily to anyone who needs help with the animals they share their lives with. She is brilliant!!!!

I would give Emily 100 stars if I could. When your dog is having behavioral issues, it's an emotional and frustrating time for the whole family. Emily asked insightful questions and helped us see the positives in our dog that we could build off of to start redirecting the behaviors that weren't so positive. We had worked with other trainers who, looking back, were giving us one-size-fits-all advice. Emily puts in the work to understand your family, your home environment, and most importantly your dog to make a plan that fits specifically with all those factors in mind.
