I recently purchased a laptop for personal use and was so used to my work laptop Windows 10 environment that getting set-up in Windows 11 was overwhelming and clunky. I needed help, so I reached out to Boulder Tech Support and Sal was amazing! Super fast response and just kind. He listened carefully to my needs and quickly helped me get up to speed with my set-up while showing me some tips and tricks to navigate. My home Dell desktop would not boot. He patiently talked me through some solutions over the phone, spending a lot of his time doing so. Turned out to be a bad PCIe card. Bought a new one and was up and running without needing to bring it in for service. If you have a PC issue, call Sal. He's knowledgeable and honest and will steer you to the right solution for your situation.

I needed to set up wireless, a network, and smart TV in a new home in Boulder. I reached out to Sal before the move and our conversation gave me peace of mind.
