Most of the staff are friendly and informative. I got a root canal retreatment done. Alyssa was my dental assistant and she was the absolute worse. I was already feeling anxious and she didn’t have a clue as to what she was doing. Several X-rays had to be redone because she couldn’t get the right site. She also numbed the wrong site after double checking what site it was. When I corrected her she said “I thought it was bottom left” and I said it is but you’re numbing bottom right.
